2025 Honda CRF450RWE Baseline Suspension Settings

The 2025 Honda CRF45R Works Edition has a different suspension feel than that of the standard “R” model. The action of the fork is quicker moving and feels slightly softer through the mid stroke than the “R” model. We do still recommend going to a 5.1 N/m fork spring set up (see below) for anyone north of 180 pounds so we have a setting for those that want to do that as well as a setting with the stock fork springs. The rear of the bike has a tougher on throttle nature feel (mostly due to the 18mm shock shaft) out of corners. This rear end feel is a little different than the softer (empty end stroke feel) of the “R” model. With all this being said, here is a baseline starting point for all of you Works Edition riders.
